What's the best kind of exercises to do to loose weight fast?!


Question: What's the best kind of exercises to do to loose weight fast?
crunches? Push-ups? How many?

believe it or not skipping is.
get a jump rope/ skipping rope and do 15 a day (or more if you can manage) but then add 1-5 jumps everyday and carry on doing this !!! its proven a fast calorie burning exercise!
you can do push-ups to tone (10 a day?)
but skipping is for weight loss. and then sprinting is good too because its fast and that is good. :) any really quick exercises make you lose the weight quickest as they get your body working quickly! :D

Neither of those are a good way to lose weight but they will tone your muscles, walking is a good way to lose weight if you do a fair amount of it and diet alongside. Anothe great way to lose weight is take up a sport you enjoy, I started volleyball and lost over a stone in half a year :)



Cardio, Although weight lifting would also be ideal to lose weight since the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn. But in terms of "fastest" weight losing exercise, hands down its cardio. ( running, swimming, etc.)



Any kind of cardio.

Running is your best bet.



If you just want to lose weight then do Cardio.
