sit ups are good. but the fastest best way to lose weight is skipping. skipping rope/jump rope everyday starting with 15 jumps then everyday add 1-5 jumps and the weight falls off. but as well as that you need to eat a balanced diet.
and instead of snacking if you drink water it fills you up and that makes your lose more weight. sometimes our body gets confused with thirst and hunger and you think your hungry but your only thirsty! so then you lose weight!

Sit-ups and crunches will strengthen your abdominal muscles, but unless you do thousands of them, they'll have little benefit in terms of weight loss. Your abs won't show through until you lower your level of body fat (Around 10% body fat or lower), and to do this the best way is through a combination of cardiovascular training (Running, swimming, competitive sports etc) and a healthy diet. Interval training is especially good, but it's hard work! You need to burn more calories in the day than you consume. It's that simple. Simple in theory, difficult in practice! Discipline is the key.



I wanted to lose 10 lbs over the summer (best time for weight loss for me) And what I did is I ate less fattening foods. I also went running for an hour a day 4-6 times a week, which was actually fun because it was so nice out! You need to be willing to achieve your goal. Buy some nice running shoes, some nice shorts, and go out and run! And if you're doing really well, you could lose 10 lbs by running everyday for 3 weeks, and simply be going out wih friends and getting our their will help you. Good luck



Eat healthy and get lots of exercise. For exercise You can simply walk. I got up to 2 miles a day. And was drop sizes about every 10d- 2wk.

I learned sodas will kill you, Iced Tea with splenda or water.
