yes should do ,and to shrink your areolas ,try an ice cube on them in a circular motion ever night until it melts, that works really well...

boobs are mainly fat so as you loose weight you loose fat so they may become less perky actually, however if you work on your chest at the gym and build lean muscle under the fat it will help " perk " them up. Areaolas dont usually shrink but if your boobs firm up it could give them a smaller appearance. the only way to def perk up boobs is with a breast lift and or reduction, they also re size the areolas when they do this too. It is good that you are trying to get in shape at a young age because the younger you are, the easier your skin will bounce back. eat healthy, rock it at the gym and u will look fantastic(boobs and all) :)

im a personal trainer

if u lose the weight some may come out of the breast area but u have what u have. i think genetics has a lot to do with how perky or large u will be look at the family if they are small then u would have been. as for perky i am convinced the only way to get them to stand up is by surgery

Every person is different so I can't necessarily say. You'd only know after you've lost the weight, and that's when we can offer more answers, and advice for you. Go for it :)

Hmm, I like the sound of your boobs :)

They will get smaller, but at your age they should stay perky. I don't think your areolas will shrink much, but thats a good thing ;)
