Question: What is the best short term crash diet to try?
Hi. I am not overweight but that doesn't mean I couldn't do with losing a few extra pounds. I lost 1 stone by eating sensibly and healthy on weight watchers but after three weeks I can't seem to shift the 5 pounds I want to shift. I want a quick short term crash diet for 1 or two weeks. I am also going on holiday as well so I would like to look good for that. I don't want people coming on saying you will put all the pounds back on and your risking your life and health and all that jazz I know that!

Juice diet.
Look up recipies on the internet. Juice diets are the best because you will at least be getting vitamins minerals fiber and some carbohydrate (your brain NEEDS simple sugars) its the crash diet you are least likely to balloon after being on it.

Seriously though 1 or two weeks max. You know the dangers yourself so its not a lecture but anylonger than two weeks and you wont lose anymore weight anyway.

Don't bother, they don't work. The reason that you are not losing weight is because body fat is being replaced by muscle which is denser. Bear in mind that the goal isn't to lose weight but instead to reduce the percentage of body fat so you can look better but not lose weight.

Anytime I see a crackhead or heroine addict they look pretty thin and seem to keep the weight off.



i hear the atkins diet is pretty crazy.



you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
