I keep losing weight without trying, why?!

Question: I keep losing weight without trying, why?
I keep losing weight and I'm on no type of diet. I so far lost 11lbs without trying and in all the wrong places. My jeans are baggy on me and it's annoying. What is going on? Thanks in advance :)

It could be that you have worms, Rebecca.
Go to your Doctor and find out.

Good luck !

Are you feeling stressed or losing your appetite? It's probably due to stress or anxiety. If you are in any sports this could also contribute to loss of weight. Anxeity can cause you to lose appetite & desire to eat. Or this could be that your not getting enough calories & nutrition in your diet! You can start off by eating healthy, high calorie snacks in your meals & snacks :) Also remember not to skip meals! It's a good idea to visit a doctor since losing 11 pounds is a lot of weight! This could be signs of another condition. If your feeling irritable, fatigued, or have aches & pains in the stomach or abdominal area, consult a doctor or nutritionalist for help. For now, take care of your body & eat foods that provide the right nutrition.

maybe it is your growth spurts or it could be you are eating healthier foods.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
