I want to gain muscle, and lose a little fat?!

Question: I want to gain muscle, and lose a little fat?
I am currently standing at a skinny, 6"2 and around 155 pounds. I am trying to add muscle to my body, but at the same time I have a little pudge in my belly that I want to get rid off. I am currently doing at least 30 minutes of cardio, 5 times a week and lifting weights at least 3 times a week, for about 30 minutes each session. My first question is, is this a good regiment to get used too? What should I change up?

Secondly, what are good things to eat? I understand that the right eating habits are just as important as actually getting to the gym. I have been told to eat often to put on muscle, but I am afraid if I eat a lot that it will all just go to my stomach, and add on to my fat. Any tips as to what my diet should consist of would be greatly appreciated.

For cardio, i don't see a probably. It may be a bit, but if you eat enough it should be fine to stable your weight loss / muscle gain. But for your work schedule, it may have massive flaws. "may", since you didn't go into detail.
~What should I change up?
Since you are only working out three times per week, they would need to be full body work outs. You didnt specifically go into what you do. But i just need to point out that, to make the most of your gains, you need to work out every muscle at least once per workout. So compound lifts are you friend. Like deadlift, squat, bench press, power cleans/cleans, etc. So, just going over make sure you incorporate, every major muscle (legs, chest, bi/tricep, back, traps, delts) and i think those were all of them. But since you only workout for 30min each session you will probably need to do some supersets, but i do suggest you raise it up to about an hour.

~Secondly, what are good things to eat?
Ok so post working, you need to have protein, and fast digesting carbs (white flour) and something to spike your insulin.
And in general eating, have 1.5-2g of protein per LB of body weight. Try to have most of your carbs from "clean" (healthy) foods, and fats from fish and nuts. Also try to eat, maybe 500 calories above your daily maintenance level.

I recommend you my weight loss program. It works very well and fast. If you are very serious about losing weight. You should have a look weight loss correct program. It will work for you if you do it correct. I lost 16 pounds in 50 days with this program. You can get more info at link below.
