Question: My biceps hurt? What should I do?
I was working out really hard yesterday particularly on my biceps (im a girl and i really want big guns :)!! so i was doing a bunch of push ups and carrying really heavy weights. But today they hurt so much!! does anybody have any idea of what i can do to make them heal faster and hurt less!! thanks :)

Hi,
well first of all, as you are a girl you won't get "big guns" as you have different hormones than a guy. You will get toned and sculpted by doing weight training, but you need to do it properly and eat right too.
What you are experiencing is DOMS, delayed onset of muscle soreness. Now you have got it to help it, you can take pain killers, have a massage and gentle stretching.
To prevent it in future, warm up first, build up the weight slowly, then cool down and stretch, for a good 10 minutes.
