Ab crunches, sit ups, cut out ALL puddings, chocolate, crisps, junk food, 3 good small meals a day, any excersize you find fun, drink water- work out by doing sports you love to do!

it took me a year but i am finally there, and i did it by cutting down to 1300 Kcal a day, and doing 20 minutes on the exercise bike or 10 minutes jogging a day, as well as about 10 minutes of ab exercises a day
if you do an hour of cardio instead it will happen quicker but may be harder to stick to
