Question: How many inches and weight do you think I can expect to lose with track and the 30 day shred?
Due to the ice/snow all over the road and lack of ability to drive I did some workout videos on demand this morning.
I found the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it kicked my butt! Usually I don't work strength, I only do cardio so that's most likely why.
Well I want to start doing that workout every morning, also I start track tomorrow which lasts 2 hours for 5 days a week. I'm going to start eating better too, only all natural foods and balancing my nutrients as much as I can. In 30 days, how much weight ans inches off my waist do you think I could lose?
