How much of a 5 hour energy bottle should i drink before a workout?!


Question: How much of a 5 hour energy bottle should i drink before a workout?
Well I bought a 5 hour energy today. I've never had one but I bought it to give me more energy while working out. My workout takes about 2 hours a day usually either lower body (squats) or upper body (bench, incline) and then running plays for football then a lap around a track. Does anyone know how much of it I should drink. I heard you should only drink about half of it but I'm not sure.

You do drink about half but you don't drink energy drinks to exercise. You drink protein drinks. You should split a protein drink serving into two and drink one an hour before a work out and then the other half when you get finished. That way you have the energy to work out during the workout and then are rebuilding your muscles after the workout.
