need help on gym routine...?!


Question: Need help on gym routine...?
i am 19, 5ft 2inches and weigh about 9 stone. i want to start the gym to tone up my stomach and lose weight. can anyone give me a good routine to do this workout including any weights that i may have to do? any suggestions at all will help!! i am also willing to push myself as much as possible and is there a certain amount of days that i should go to the gym??

Answers:

Plenty of cardio exercises such as running, swimming, skipping, this will burn your body fat. In terms of muscle, I recommend doing the plank, cross crunches, oblique crunches and leg raises, if it hurts your doing it right keep that in mind but remember to warm up so you don't pull any muscles.



I would recommend reverse curls sit ups do the plank and side plank and lots of cardio like the rowing machine for this tones all of the body and burns fat,running on the treadmill and if your gym has it go onthe power plate.
