Can I still eat whatever I want and lose weight?!


Question: Can I still eat whatever I want and lose weight?
Not foods like candy, chips, sodas, and other junk foods (I don't eat or drink that). But foods like: a baked potato, breads, pasta, grits, sausages, and so on as long as I eat small portions of it. I power walk/jog 4 miles every morning for an hour.
I'm 16 btw :)

yeah. as long as you dont eat in moderation, and exercise daily you will lose weight.
loosing weight takes time though. dont get discouraged.



You can eat what ever you want and still lose weight as long as you burn more calories than you consume. Walking is not likely to counter balance the types of foods you want to eat. Try some more body part specific work outs and switch your exercises up. If you do the same thing all the time your body will get used to it and It wont do anything for you.



Burn more calories than you eat and you will always lose weight.



yes just make sure thats not all you eat, balance your meals
