Question: Is it ok to be lazy for the majority of the day, then exercise at night (10 p.m.)?
I wake up in the mornings, go to school from 9:00a.m. - 11:00a.m., then I'm usually inactive for the rest of the day, but I'm starting to go to the gym around 10pm to 11:30pm. I was just wondering if this will have any real effect or if the long period of inactivity will counteract the actual exercise.

Answers:

As long as you're not laying around the house devouring all the food in sight. Healthy diets mixed with exercise are the way to go. As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you will always lose weight.
