I'm turning 14 and need a good workout schedule?!


Question: I'm turning 14 and need a good workout schedule?
Hi I'm turning fourteen and i just moved up in my baseball league im going to be playing with very strong kids as old as 16 or 17. I need a good workout schedule for me when I go to my gym. And I mean like coordinated by days
i.e.
Monday: Arms, biceps, shoulders, (an amount of time)
Tuesday:Legs, (amount of time) ETC.
Please help I really need to bulk up a little for baseball, also please include little bit of a diet. I eat pretty healthy and I am quite skinny. I occasionally eat fastfood maybe 5 times a month. I'm not going on a huge everyday diet, just one to help me with muscle building.

**Just some of the stuff my gym includes**
Indoor Pool
Weight room pretty well equipped as well.
Track, treadmills, bike machines
basketball court
racquet ball court
sauna (i know this doesnt have to do with exercise though.but does get rid of toxins in the body)

not gunna lie id cut down on fast food unless sometimes its subs or sandwhiches :$
well im actually too lazy to lay out a full work out plan..
but the best way is to go to the gym and experiment.
see what you can do and cant
im fourteen too, and my trainer said at our age when your lifting weights or whatever... dont go to the highest weight. go for endurance.
btw i play baseball too :)
anyways i can benchpress about 60 15 times. which is perfect.
i could do 70 but i can only do that eight times which is muscle strengthning but not the good way.
aim to do stuff from 12-15 times. its bad to body build at our age :$
when your on the treadmill work intervals. baseball includes fast sprinting so thats what you gotta work on./
exp---- 2 mins on about 7 just jogging then as fast as you can go for 30-1 min. and so on for about 20 mins to half hour.
skipping is always great to.
if you skip for about ten to twenty mins that really works your calfs.
also when your at the gym work on arm shoulder machines as well as legs. you dont really need to focus on abs but that is always good when you do.
