Actually depends on you. When are you at your best? Morning, afternoon, night?

Training requires consistency - Do it at a time when you will continue doing it.



Good question. In my past experience your body responds best to the kind of lifestyle you live. First and foremost. For instance if you work early and are home early, its best to hit the gym early before work. Take an hour or so out before work to lift..this will wake the muscles from your previous nite of sleeping and inactivity, and will set the tone for the day. Will give you that boost of energy and make your muscles aware to.handle any chore the days work might bring.if your a late awaker and late nite sleeper, do same, set aside time when you wake up. Its proven fact that we burn more calories and are more alert in morning hours, we can burn fat quicker more easily. DONT eat a heavy meal before the weight session, it will make you feel sluggish. No caffeine..if you buy from gnc and vitamin shoppe a protein shake will do. Hope I helped...and if your still confussed read some articles in muscle mag, or mens health. Its very insightful.



I would suggest lifting at night, because then you have the whole night to rest up and if you lift in the morning, depending on how hard you lift, you could be sore all day



the morning because it gets ur metabolism going, and make sure u eat after you start lifting.
