Is this a healthy breakfast lunch and snack?!


Question: Is this a healthy breakfast lunch and snack?
Well I am on a diet because I would like to lose a good few lbs before I go to NYC in 4 months and go to open call for elite models.. I've been doing pretty good so far.. But I would like your guys opinion, here are my stats and what I ate

Height-6'0
Weight-215( im proportioned very well:))

Breakfast- half bowl of frosted flakes and medium banana

Snack- granny smith apple

Lunch- 2 peocesof light wheat bread(70cal), bologna(140), and 4 strawberries

Snack- one lindt truffle( aprox.73cal)

P.s. I am female and used to weight about 30lbs more than I am now before I got diabetes and had to cut out a lot of sugar thanx for all the answers :) before u guys say modeling is for the skinny I could start of plus size :) oh and I am going to eat dinner lol I also exercise 30min a day... Will be eating 1500calories a day is that enough for my height.. Thanx once again:)

You can model at any weight! dont forget about commercial, or real people modeling.
but if you want to loose weight for you...
Eat some things that will benefit your body and keep you fuller!
like for breakfast try Oatmeal w/ that banana. & if the banana isnt sweet enough for the oatmeal add some brown sugar. ( oops, forgot you were diabetic, try vanilla!)
Protein/whole grain carbs are a great way to start your day!
Protein: eggs, egg whites, turkey sausage, sausage, turkey bacon, bacon, greek yogurt(2x protein of normal), lean steak(ever heard of steak & eggs?), ham, bologna,peanutbutter,seedbutter, anytype of nut!, etc.
Carbs: oatmeal, steeled oats, etc. kashi cereals, 100% whole wheat, rye, or pumperknickel bread, wheat english muffins,etc.
Those are all great starters w/ sides of fruit or 100% juice.

Your snacks fine. but since its earlier in the day maybee get more carbs to keep you alert and energetic maybe a nut/granola bar?

Lunch: your lunch is fine maybe add more fruit w/ your strawberries.

snack: Try trail mix( dried fruit, nuts, choc. chips, etc.) So you get that sweet treat and more nutrients.

dinner: fish/or anpother lean protein. complex carb: sweet potato, quinoa, beans, wheat pasta, or rice, etc. & a veggie or a salad ( oil based dressings are more beneficial than cream)

snack: have some carrot/celery/cucumber w/ natural peanutbutter or hummus.

you've aten about 573 calories today so what your going to fit 1000 into dinner? If its possible sure this diets fine as long as you get above 1200 calories each day or dont go below it.

im a model, my problems my height not weight im 5 3 & around 95-100 pounds & i eat aton more than this. Just make sure you dont loose any more than 2 pounds a week. If so up your food intake!.
& i work with dieticians.
