slow-paced losing weight?!

Question: Slow-paced losing weight?
I have been on a really good diet and exercise plan and have lost enough weight for me to be comfortable with myself. I still have some more weight I need to lose until I reach my goal weight but I don't want to have to keep thinking about calories and weight and everything like I did to lose all the previous weight. Meaning, I am willing to let the rest of the weight off with no real hurry like I have to lose at least 1 pound a week or something. Because when it gets to trying to lose weight quickly, you tend to mess up and give up and gain weight. So since I am okay now I just want to lose weight at a slower pace and I was just wondering can I lose weight without exercising? I know its a silly question but it's just I was so into losing weight that I started obsessing over how much exercise I need to do and how many calories I need to restrict. I know I wont stop exercising but I would feel so much better if I didn't have to feel like I have to exercise everyday and everything if I'm just trying to lose the rest of the weight really slowly. Sorry I am starting to ramble. Thank you in advance :DDDD

If you want to loose weight without exercise, then you have to eat less, and you have to eat healthy. Personally I don't see why you don't want to exercise :/ exercising is great! It makes you feel good about yourself, keeps you in shape, and if you're anything like me (I sit at a desk in front of a computer all day - office job) then you need to exercise! There's no need to obsess over how much time you're exercising every day. Make a plan for yourself. Tell yourself you're going to do 20 -30 minutes on the cross trainer while watching your favorite show on tv.

You need to change your lifestyle if you want to keep the weight off, without have to obsess and struggle over it. That means, your good diet and exercise plan should become a permanent part of your daily routine. Don't be to hard on yourself though. It doesn't matter if you eat kfc or a bar of chocolate once in a while, or don't exercise one day.

You might want to try to stop counting calories too, I always find that soo annoying. Just try and look at proportions instead. Like if you eat rich piece of chocolate cake for lunch, opt for a healthier option for dinner.

Just go for a walk every day for 30 minutes. Speed up until it is a fast walk, and you take in more oxygen, and you will lose weight without dieting. Rather than try to eat less and be hungry, move more. Then, don't starve at all, as you would be losing lean muscle mass, rather than fat. You could even be a fat, thin person without walking.

Walking. Do 2 15 min. walks a day, 3x a week.
