You can get the same results without spending such a rediculous amount of money. These days people want quick fixes and think if they throw their money at something that it will make it magically easier but what they don't realise is that yes they still have to work at it.

You would get the same results by running up hills, doing weights and such in your own home, cycling and swimming.
