Question: Is this a good plan....?
im 5'4" and weigh 166 pounds please no jokes this is for reall... i wanna be 130 which is about healthy; so my plan is to eat a piece of toast for breakfast than eat lunch (im still in highschool) and dinner no snacks reallly and do a work out after school... yeah it may take a while but im determine if you have any suggestions please let me knoww

No toast!!!!!! Too much carbs!!! Indulge in fruit and vegetables and hike a lot. I hike around the Alps almost every day and I am 13, 5'7 and 120 lbs. It'll save you! You'll feel sore a little, but you'll get used to it.
cereal is better than toast although there are healthier options, make sure you drink lots of water as this will keep the hunger pangs away
