Question: Umm.. Need help on my weight..?
I'm 13 and think I'm a little over weight.I weigh 132 pounds and I use to always be skinny.. Then I gained weight all at once when I stopped exercising and eating more. I'm around 5'2.. I would like to know any diet meals I could go on.. Along with exercising.

Hey im 13 years old too and what you just describe is exactly what happened to me and im still working on it...i used to b really extremely skinny but now im like 128lbs but my body is really develope..anyways what its working for me is eating healthy. eat 5 small portions of food per day but a really small portion of food to keep you full for the whole day and not stretching your stmach by being hungry and then not being hungry, try to exercise atleat 3 times a week by dancing, rollerskating which r better than the sit-ups, push-ups, ect. and you can also write in a notebook the calories you eat per day this will help mentally whích will you loose more weight this is helping me a lot...hope i help(:

Only eat vegetables, water, and diet soda. and try running till you sweat every day.
