What do you honestly think of my diet?!

Question: What do you honestly think of my diet?
Was my diet Ok?

Apple
Cup of reduced fat milk 2%
Orange
Orange
Orange
Lol, orange
1/4 cup heavy cream 200 cals btw. I know that was a bit unhealthy. I whipped it though. It tasted good. I guess I couldn't had something healthier though. I'll try to change that.
mixed peppers, green yellow red orange.
2 eggwhites with some tuna salad.
Now I'm eating an orange and a peach. So that's about 900 calories total. I know it not enough for the day but I'll have to eat about 300 cals worth of protein afterwards. I have no chicken though. Oh well. Anywyas what do you think???

The amount of fruit you are eating is good because you should be having 4-5 cups of fruit every day to have Vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin A to support a healthy immune system. You are getting protein from milk. but you need a more balanced diet and need fat from other things too that have protein like chicken or eggs or fish. Also eat whole grain foods, which contain fiber and carbohydrates and give you energy, and keep you satisfied so you don't eat too many other things. Bread contains a lot of protein, but having any type of meat would help with your diet. Also eat vegetables with contain many useful vitamins too, and make sure you are getting a good breakfast every day with cereal and milk at the very least to give you energy for the day and give the nutrition your body needs. You should try Total 100% cereal. It has 100% of almost any Vitamin and Mineral you can think of. One bowl of the cereal, and you already have all of your nutrition for the day. Mashed potatoes can help you have energy for the day, but eat them in moderation. With the tuna, you are getting a lot of protein, but it's better to have more fiber and more meat than just having salad, tuna, and some fruit every day. 900 calories isn't bad if you're on a serious diet, but I suggest you eat a little more because eating less can actually make you want food more and gain weight because you'll need more food because you'll crave it more, so eventually you're going to eat so much that you gain a lot of weight. Just exercise and eat in moderation and in good quantities of each food category, and you should be ok. Hope I helped!

Far too much fruit, reduce the fruit and add vegetables. Increase variety.
Get rid of all dairy products, including low fat ones.
Eat both the whites and the yolk of the eggs.
Eat more protein.

A very effective diet for losing fat is mostly made out of protein and vegetables, with little to no carbs. A lot of people have trouble with not being able to eat a lot of carbs, though.

Sounds like a wish to be a living skeleton. No offense.
I honestly don't believe in the word "diet". It constricts you to food that is no good. There's a difference between dieting, and being healthy.
You cannot just rely on fruits and little veggies. A proper eight meals a day is good. The meals must be small but healthy. Fruits, veggies, protein, things like that. Look up some good dieting plans.
Also, based on your "diet", I want to tell you a little fact. Did you know that the if you eat little, you may actually become fatter? Since you eat less, your body knows to keep all the fat and store it because you eat very little.
What I think you need is to look up a proper plan and workout a little. This won't only get rid of a little unwanted blubber, but leave you healthy and toned and curvy if you don't overdo it.

Experience... and my dad :D
