Question: How can i lose 15 pounds before summer ?
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I'm always walking around with my friends outside. What do I need to do at the gym ? ( I would like to get toned and have stronger arms ) and what should my diet be ? Detailed please..

Ok So I am on weightwatchers and this is what i do ..
When i wake up i Drink a water...and about 12:15 i eat a Small Healthy meal(with water)..
When i come home at 3 i eat A fruit,and A salad(with water) or some healthy food like that.
Then i Do 100 jumping jacks after i get done and my food is digested,
Then i dont eat after 5pm..When i do get hungry i just grab a water

I have been useing the same Plan^^^ For 3 weeks now and have lost 5 pounds each week..So i have lost 15 Pounds so far:) my Goal is 50 pounds though..I think i will make it,and ik u sure will:)



For the food part,

You need to eat a diet based on whole foods. Daily, you need around 5 cups (yes, cups) of vegetables, 1-2 servings of fruit, 1-2 servings 100% whole grains, 2 servings of dairy (skim milk or nonfat yogurt), and adequate protein (1 lean protein at every meal). You can also have 1 serving of nuts a day (or natural peanut butter). Eat 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks.

Don't eat anything with added sugars or ANY kind of refined flour. Check labels carefully.

And drink as much water as you can stand. And then drink some more.
