Question: I am an eighth grader and kinda chunky i weight 135 lbs and i want to get abs before highschool what do i do?
Answers:

Situps will not give you abs, don't believe the masses!

If you want to build mass on your abdominal muscles, you have to treat that muscle just like any other muscle you're trying to make bigger. If you want bigger biceps, you don't to 2 sets of 50 bicep curls at a low weight, you increase the weight until you can only do 10 repetitions, and do 5 sets for each muscle group.

Instead of 30-40 situps or crunches, hold a dumbbell or something relatively heavy over your head while you're lying down on your back on the ground, with your feet flat on the ground knees pointing in the air bent 90 degrees, and push up on that object until your shoulders leave the ground (a crunching motion, but with weight added). You'll know you're doing it properly with the right amount of weight if you can't do more than 15 reps at a time, but can always do more than 8.

In terms of SEEING your abs, you just have to maintain a bodyfat percentage of 10% or lower, to do this, consume less calories than you use in a day (ask someone to calculate your BMR (Basal metabolic rate, I can do that just message me your height weight and age) until you can see your abs, they become visible as a 6pack at 10% bodyfat and an 8pack at 8% bodyfat.
