Question: How can I lose weight quickly without exercising?

WATER. Drink 4-7 glasses of water a day. Preferably 1 glass per hour. Water is amazing. It fills you up, curbs your appetite, flushes out your system, prevents illness, cures illness, and keeps you alive. Try adding delicious water flavoring. I love putting ice tea flavored powder into my water bottle, then I shake the water bottle, and the water tastes DELICIOUS. No fat, plus its only 3 calories per water bottle with the delicious flavor. Water bloats some peoples stomach and makes them gain weight, but don't worry, its just water weight and your body gets rid of it by peeing.

cakes
bananas &most fruit

dairy - is fattening. if you need milk, get goats milk. tasty, and low fat and calories

*THINGS TO EAT MORE OF

Veggies

I know excersizing is tough, but try to at least go for a 10 minute walk everyday , or dance around in your bedroom, or even cleaning the house is good excersize! Just get off the computer and couch and move around. You will see so much difference
But even the diet change alone , you will see a difference too!



well try cutting your calorie intake to less but make sure to not starve yourself because first of all its no fun , and also it can make you gain weight faster than you lose it. so eat things like bananas, that are healthy and make you feel full without taking in calories, and bananas are proven fat burners. drink lots of water, and try to stay away from junk food. You don't have to do strenuous exercises, if that's what you don't want, although it would help amazingly. Why don't you go and take a 30 minute walk, or jog, or just speed walk. Put the music really high and just dance to it, that will help. But drink TONS OF WATER!, and eat healthy. Eat 5 small meals a day. Eat fruits, vegetables, chicken breast, fish, tuna, egg whites, oatmeal, wheat bread, beans. & I always allow myself one cheat meal a week, & it incorporated into my daily calorie amount, so I know I don't gain weight, or I do extra exercise. Lmao theres more than excerises to it but excersing is the main thing.
dont eat junks and stay on a diet.
Oh and also, drink 1 glass of water ever hour.
