Any healthy premade meals good for six pack abs?!

Question: Any healthy premade meals good for six pack abs?
Hey guys,
I'm 18 years old and weigh about 155 pounds. I have an athletic body type right now but I still have a small belly, so I'd really want to get rid of that fat and make it a solid six pack. I run, hit crunches/situps, and do pushups every day. My only problem is the diet part. I try and eat healthy as best as I can but it gets annoying when you have to prepare something from scratch and it could take a while. So I was wondering if theres any frozen kind of meals out there that you can buy that you guys think would be good as far as me receiving all the sources of nutrients that I'd need..of course I would still eat fruits and small healthy snacks on the side. Or if you guys have other tips of how you deal with your diet plans while working out would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!! :D

Mike, Absolutely NOT! There are no prepared foods that are "healthy." Seriously.

And, for the time it takes to cook something in the microwave from frozen to ready...well, you could be grilling a steak or a pork chop. I know how it is when preparing something from scratch and you are starving, so prepare (get things ready) earlier. You can do this the same day before school/work or the night before and put it in the fridge. I marinate (in Italian dressing) pork chops and then throw them on the grill (gas) for 7 minutes on each side (14 minutes total!) delicious! The same with a steak (depending on thickness). These only take 7-8 minutes on each side.

If you don't want to grill, make a tuna sandwich or a lettuce/tomato/turkey or beef sandwich. There are many alternatives to premade meals. They are definitely NOT good for you.

A six-pack is only achieved by GREAT nutrition. Most guys that have a six-pack are down very low in body fat (6% or so). Just sayin....

To get a six pack you should focus mostly on diet since abs become defined at around 2-7% body fat which is what most athletes aim for. So good meals would be ones that let you shed fat. Stay away from carbs and fatty foods and do heavy foods that are light in calories like almonds and peanuts.

-Good Luck
