Question: Underweight trying to gain 25lbs?
I've been underweight my whole life. Appx 17.2 BPM at the moment, and find it extremely hard to gain an appetite throughout the day. I'm curently drinking plenty of water, weights in the morning, and getting 6-7 hours of sleep. If I just dont have the stomach for a meal, I force myself to make a protein shake or smoothie.
My goal is to gain 25 lbs. The farthest I've gone is 10 lbs but I can lose that weight in a week. Skipping even one meal for me is like losing a pound. It can get quite depressing because everyone tells me to just eat more but they don't understand how painful it is. I've gone to an acupuncturist/herablist with minimal results and medical marijuana was what helped me gain that 10lbs but unfortunately I cannot afford it right now.

Does anyone, who possibly went through this or is going through this, can give me some tips? I know it's affecting my social life as well.

Its really hard to answer this question without fully assessing you. Have you seen a doctor about this? Because when you say that you can lose 10lbs in a week, it makes me think that there could be an underlying medical condition which makes your body require more energy than a healthy person.
Apart from eating regularly, you could try adding a supplement to your diet, something like sustagen.
Also, try doing weight bearing exercise, so you can build muscle, which weighs more than fat.
