Question: I'm a male 6'6 ,220lbs and I'm trying to replace fat with muscle?
I'm currently doing a diet where i eat about 1000 calories and a gallon of water a day. And I'm also working out hard for an hour everyday.I have a bit fat on my chest but can see some muscle and i have no visible abs. I'm wondering if i continue this diet will i lose this fat and replace it with muscle or should i eat more? What else should i do to get muscle i'm lookin to get bigger as soon as i lose the fat.
