Question: Is it possible to lose a stone in weight (14lb) in 1 week?
i need to lose atleast half a stone in one week what is the best dietry plan to do this?

Answers:

Is it possible? Yes, if you're very ill. Is it healthy? NO, and you should not attempt it. It will screw up your metabolism, for one thing. It will also do a number on your concentration and leave you feeling weak and, in all likelihood, dehydrated.

Edit: PLEASE do not listen to Isabelle. What she's describing is anorexic behavior and can permanently damage your body.

Yes, eat under 100 calories every day , and those calories MUST be just vegetables. Exercise for 2 hours per day, and drink 5 glasses of water.
This diet isn't meant to be long-term so please just keep it for a week then SLOWLY start to eat more. If you eat normally all of a sudden after almost starving, your going to gain all you lost plus 5-10 pounds more.

Great foods are pickles and celery. Taste great, and are negative calories.

Eat only when you hear your stomach growling. It’s stunning how often we eat out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration — so often, in fact, that many of us have actually forgotten what physical hunger feels like. Next time, wait until your stomach is growling before you reach for food. If you’re hankering for a specific food, it’s probably a craving, not hunger. If you’d eat anything you could get your hands on, chances are you’re truly hungry.

Don't do it! If you lose weight too fast (the healthy rate is ~0.5-2 lbs / week), you may actually damage your heart, leading to heart failure!
