Question: Dietary tips to help me lose weight?
What are the things I should and should not be eating to lose weight fast?
And any fat burning exercises would be helpful too =) Targeting arms, stomach/hips, inner thighs and buttocks.

As we all know, junk food should be reduced or eliminated to lose weight. In regards to that you should also consume wholesome foods such as wholegrain bread, oats, brown rice, wholegrain pasta, chicken, salmon, lean red meats, eggs, milk, nuts, fruits and vegetables.

If you want to burn fat quickly then I suggest you do both cardio and resistance training, resistance training builds muscle thereby increasing your metabolism making it easier to burn off the fat.

Resistance exercises which are effective in building muscle include pushups, pullups, chinups, dips and pistol squats. With respect to cardio you should do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT works by alternating between walking and sprinting for a number of sets. This also raises your metabolism for an entire 24 hour period which means that you could also burn fat while you're asleep.
