Question: How to not be tired at the end of the day?
Okay so I have (American) football workouts after school but I can't preform my best because I'm out of energy by the end of the day. No I am not overweight I'm actually skinny for my age but semi muscular. Anyways, I'm trying to go for starter so I need all the energy I can possibly save. Thanks.

Eat a breakfast full of carbs and protein. They are an important source of energy for athletes such as yourself. But watch out for what sort of carbs you eat. Try not to have processed foods.

Go for carbs like whole wheat (no enriched/hydrogenated ingredients) and oatmeal. For protein, get some lean meat (cold cut turkey, skinless chicken breast) or organic peanut butter.



Avoid simple sugars. Eat fat or protein about 2 to 3 hours before the end of the day. Fat and Protein take longer to break down and release their energy slower into the body.
