Am i exercising too much?!


Question: Am i exercising too much?
I've suffered from an eating disorder for a long time now.
And its just started getting bad again recently,
I just wondered if i was over doing it on the exercise...
I exercise after everything i eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner and my diet is normally:
Small bowl of bran flakes with skimmed milk.
Sometimes i have an apple if i feel hungry
lunch is usually 2 slices of brown bread with tuna or little bit of jam. with some salad.
then dinner is usually just vegtables.
i exercise after everything i eat, but recently ive been starting to feel faint, so i cut it down to exercising after breakfast and dinner.
Is this still too much? everyday i do it...about 30 - 45 mins each time.

Yes this sounds as if you are exercising to much, if you do not want to cut down on workout time you will need to eat a bit more in meals because as you workout your body is cutting down and depending on how little you eat or what types of food you eat you will feel faint as you say, you lack vitamins and minerals

You can exercise about an hour or an hour and a half each day every evening before dinner. You have to little input and too much output that cause you to have fainting spells. Your body is not receiving enough sustenance to maintain your health. You body might shutdown and go into shock state whereby organ failure will follow suit. Have another slice of wheat bread or two with your vegetables during dinner to prevent future fainting.



Yes you are exercising way too much. From what you just wrote, you are barely putting enough calories into your body to sustain it at bare minimal functional level. Exercising 30 - 45 min burns a lot of calories. Doing so will give you one of the famish feeling (dizziness). Your body is telling you to eat more to replace lost calories so it could work properly.



It seems like your penalizing your body and yourself by what your eating, Losing weight isn't widely
on what you eat but building muscle from fat and having plenty of protein and antioxidants.

i think dat yh... it's too much because if u wanna b fit den do exercises ... go 2 gym,fitness centre,yoga classes.... not only dieting....... dis can let to a chronic disese nd u can suffer a lot!!!!!!!!!!!
