Is this a good workout to get toned and lose unwanted fat in about 2 - 3 months?!


Question: Is this a good workout to get toned and lose unwanted fat in about 2 - 3 months?
if i do, jumping jacks till i feel exhausted or sweaty, *like REALLY sweaty.*
jog on the spot till i feel exhausted or sweaty.
do squat jumps till i feel exhausted or sweaty.
do pushups *on a small box where you have one hand on the ground and another hand on the box and you do a pushup, push yourself off, and swap hands* till exhausted, rest, do as many as i can till exhaust, and repeat to 3 sets.
crunches till 3 sets of *dont know how many i can do yet.*
than jump up and down for a cool down *really easy* than do squat jumps again.

in 2 - 3 months, if i took a picture now, and than took a picture, on the first of june *2 months 16 days* will I see a definite BIG difference.
or will i see a difference, but not enough to be over joy about?

from the thought of this...you should lose some weight..depends on diet too...bu you might also put on muscle while you're at it (not to the point of a 6 pack though)



You'll see a difference but i think you should find a more precise workout routine. All those exercises are good, but what IS until you're exhausted? Also doing the same workout all the time isn't going to help you lose weight, you need to change it up because your body gets used to the same routine and it isn't a challenge anymore. As far as i know, sweating helps you lose weight so as long as you're getting there and sit ups, crunches, push ups and other forms of ab workouts can really help your stomach lose weight.



sounds like a lot of aerobic work, id thrown in a few more resistant exercises and you should be fine :) check out my link in my source it might have some good tips.
