Does this sound good (considering NO equipment) way to tone and slim down unwant!


Question: Does this sound good (considering NO equipment) way to tone and slim down unwanted fat? *about 8KG* (18pounds)?
if i do, jumping jacks till i feel exhausted or sweaty, *like REALLY sweaty.*
jog on the spot till i feel exhausted or sweaty.
do squat jumps till i feel exhausted or sweaty.
do pushups *on a small box where you have one hand on the ground and another hand on the box and you do a pushup, push yourself off, and swap hands* till exhausted, rest, do as many as i can till exhaust, and repeat to 3 sets.
crunches till 3 sets of *dont know how many i can do yet.*
than jump up and down for a cool down *really easy* than do squat jumps again.

in 2 - 3 months, if i took a picture now, and than took a picture, on the first of june *2 months 16 days* will I see a definite BIG difference.
or will i see a difference, but not enough to be over joy about?

there is no definitive answer, every person is different. that sounds like a pretty routine, but there are a lot of other factors, like age, body type, sex, and diet. the more cold pure water you drink the better. cold water lowers core temp and the body burns calories to raise it. being fully hydrated aides in muscle recovery and pretty much everything the body does. when i am training i drink about a gallon of water a day, and cut out all sugary drinks (including sports drinks) it helps me a lot to chart my workouts, this allows me to look at my progress as well as set fitness goals for myself.
