orr like I wont have any energy to exercise...

will i lose the weight?

Answers:

Yes if you go by the figures you should loose it by week 7 factoringin exercise. As you haveb a reduction in Kcal of around 1000-1500

However I would never reccomend this type of KCal intake with exercise, so please plan your meals around exercise to help maximise the results. I would reccomend a protien shake called Nutrisport 90+ this is a low kcal protien shake which per serving is around 90Kcal by taking this you will get a good protien source which is full of BCAA which will help you with recovery, if your on a reduced Kcal diet make sure that you pick good quality sources of protien and carbohydrate

All the best and if there is nop stopping you with this, if you have any questions on exercise or diet please contact me and ill advise you as best as possible

Do you even understand calories?? That amound of calories is like eating one chicken salad one day and that's it for the week! You will lose weight but not in a healthy or right way. You will be starving yourself. When you don't eat properly your body will go into starvation mode (going back to cavemen times) and will store everything in your next meal, especially fat. If you just ate 5 small and healthy meals a day, and not anything after 6 or 7pm and stuck to it, then I would probably say you'd lose the amount you want in the 8 weeks and feel much more healthy for it.

If you stick with this plan you will most definitely end up in hospital and will have an even less enjoyable summer.

You cannot lose 28lb of FAT in two months so it's pointless to even try. If the scale went down that much in two month I guarantee half of it was water and lean tissue.

You should eat 500 calories below maintenance to lose 1lb of fat per week, this means to lose 28lb of fat will take 28 weeks (that said you might not have that much fat to lose anyway). So figure out your maintenance calories and subtract 500, i.e. if you usually maintain on 1900 calories, then reduce to 1400 calories for fat loss.
