What what would be the best over all exercise for the body, if humans could only!


Question: What what would be the best over all exercise for the body, if humans could only pick one?
And why that one over the others, would it be a better choice for the highest %?

Answers:

Make it easy: Go for a swim.



Any of the major compound lifts (Squat, deadlift, bench, etc.) are great because they work multiple parts of the body.

If I chose one I would say the Deadlift (others would say squat) because with slight variations of form (stiff leg, romanian, standard) you can work your legs in different areas, develop strong core support muscles (stomach, abs, sternum, lower back), as well as forearms (grip) and shoulders (balance).

Best overall body lift for building strength throughout the body IMO



Depending on what kind of exercise routine you had in mind...fitnes I'll agree with swimming and muscle toning or building I'll agree with deadlifts and also squads!
