Is my weight really that bad ?!


Question: Is my weight really that bad ?
I am 27 and weight 145 lbs female. I work out and try to eat healthy but my body still doesn't look the way I would like it to look. My waist is 32 in, around my belly 37 in, and my hips 40. Any advice on how to loose some inches ?

It isn't bad, at 5'5" it's a perfectly healthy weight.

And your shape is pretty balanced too, so that's a good sign.

If you wanna tone up, try doing some sports, or learn to dance, that should help you work your entire body(power-wise), and also give you enough Cardio to shape up.



Visit a local fitness center and have your BMI (body mass index) as well as percentage of body fat and hydration checked. Then you'll know where your focus needs to be to reach your goals. You're right to focus on inches rather than pounds.



eat a little bit every 2 hours. this will speed up your metabolism and you'll drop. drink like 2 bottles of water everyday; this'll help alot too



if you are under 5'7 you could afford to lose 15 pounds if your under 5'3 at least 20-25. above 5'7 your fine. but to lose fat eat 1200 cals perday and run 30 minutes or swim or whatever other form of exercise



it depends your heght. i woulod recommend losing 5-10 pounds depending your height. if you are under 5'5 you should lose. if you are over your perfectly fine.



u don't have to worry because you have only 145 lbs. Normally, the people weighs much more than that so you should be happy!



No i honestly think ur a healthy weight but it really depends omn ur height.
