Help with some exercises at the office?!

Question: Help with some exercises at the office?
OK, I have a full time job where I sit all day. And I'm 24 and the hours of my job are from 10:30-7.......so basically I don't really have a good block of time to exercise. When it gets warmer I'm going to start running outside BEFORE I go to work, but since it's coldish still I need something I can do to get into shape. The place I work has 5 floors so I've been just walking the stairs on my breaks, but that is really really working my legs and now my muscles hurt too bad to really do it effectively...what's something I can do in 10-15 min that will be good cardio during the day? I get two 15 min breaks...and I have the ability to go to a room where no one else is, so I'm not gonna be in front of my co-workers!

Thanks for any tips!!

How about trying jumping rope. This is usually used for travelers and who are on the go. It is still part of cardio and you just have to be in one private place. :)

The problem with the jumprope idea is that you'll make a lot of repetitive impact noises, and everyone will think you are having really loud sex in there. You'll be much better off having real sex with an athletic partner who knows how to keep the noise down.

Torrid sex in the room where nobody is. 1 pm?
