Is this enough or too much food?!

Question: Is this enough or too much food?
I'm trying to eat more so I don't get hospiitalized...how is this?

Breakfast:
1 cup of honey kix cereal (120cal)
Lunch:
Half a whole wheat wrap with 3 slices of roast beef, lettuce, and onion
Dinner:
A cheeseburger and a cup of fries

Answers:

Breakfast: Add a cup of fruit and a drink with that.
Lunch: Again, add some fruits and vegetables.
Dinner: Once more, add vegetables. That dinner isn't very nutritious.

If you're ever not sure, just add a serving or two of fruits or vegetables.

its enough but you need to have more fruits and veggies. everythin was soundin gd till dinner time! like woah the burger and fries is a bit random and contrasting compared with the rest of ur healthy food. try baking some potato wedges instead of buying shop brought fries. make ur own burger by getting some mince, grilling it then getting a wholemeal bun and a slice of unprocessed cheese and adding ur own salad/sauces.

Eat some toast or fruit with breakfast, and eat more at lunch, like a vegetable or fruit and have some milk or water with it. You're not eating enough.

it depends on how big or small you are coz im 6,5 & got a big build & i eat abt 4 times the amount of tht food.

i never stop eating :)

That's a really crap dinner. how about some fruit veg and chicken or something decent like that.

That looks about right but it does depend on your age and weight

its good.
