Is it possible to have a great ripped body without a gym membership?!


Question: Is it possible to have a great ripped body without a gym membership?
I just moved here to California and I noticed everybody goes to the gym. Cool. But right now I can't afford it. I have a 100 pound barbell weight set, two 35 pound dumbbells, and an extra 25 pound weight for sit-ups. In addition, I do several sets of crunches, sit-ups, and I do all of this every morning after I do a run around the block and back.

I'm pretty fit, but my abs don't seem as tight and visible as they should be. Is there something special about the equipment at these places...or am I just not eating right? I'd like to collect my own work out equipment and not pay a monthly fee plus gas to work out every day. Is this possible?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Eat a lot of protein before workouts to build muscle. You could buy some "at home" workout videos. Good luck! :)
