Would it be ok to eat.......?!


Question: Would it be ok to eat.......?
I'm on a diet.
I had one bread about 2 hours ago (it was like the size of my palm and was made out of cornmeal). Would it be ok to have a sandwich for dinner (homemade using 2 100% whole wheat breads) or would it be ok to eat a plain baked potato? I have dinner at 6:30 p.m. Btw I'm 16. Thanks :)

Whole wheat bread is better than normal white bread but still if you eat a lot of it your diet can be affected. Baked potatoes are full of carbs so you want to stay away from them. My recommendation for a girl your age would be to limit your carbs, so have the the sandwich or fish with a lot of greens, and get on a regular exercise schedule. Your age allows your metabolism to be higher and as long as you are getting daily exercise you will be fine and see results with your low carb diet.



It would be better to add some protein to the bread or potato. That will stop you from feeling hungry for longer.



i think the sandwich is ok
idk about a potato it is a starch.. tho i kno nothing of diets >_<



you should eat the sandwich because the bread will keep you more full until dinner...



should be fine, however you need to find the line between diet and starving yourself
