I ate pizza or fried chicken every day. The working out made me lose 15 lbs. i am looking to maintain my current weight, but i dont wanna gain weight in fat. Tips & answers???

Answers:

If you don't want to have to leave the house exercise, do stretches and home exercises such as exercise videos. 1400 calories is a good amount for your age and weight, but a little more would be better. Eat healthy but have a snack or dessert. Try to eat every meal every day. Pizza and fried chicken aren't as bad as eating chocolate every day, but are still not to healthy. If you don't exercise, the muscle you have will turn to fat quickly. Running is a good sport if you don't like exercise videos.

As a teenage boy, you need about 2000 calories a day. To build muscle, you need a specific diet.
If you want specifics, check out mypyramid.gov. You can record what you eat every day and see what you should be getting with your fitness level, age, etc. Good luck.

Chem class.

Yes. When you don't get at least a little exercise, those 1400 calories will turn to an once of fat.

if u cycle 2 school every day then u could count it as ur exercise and then eat more rubbish! tats wat i do! =D

1400 is fine
