Question: Trying to lose weight..?
could someone tell me what sort of workouts i should be doing and how long i should aim to do them for?
also, how many calories i should be sticking to

myfitnesspal.com <-- its a brilliant site for loosing weight, i've already lost a stone on there in a month. it lets you enter in the foods your eating, and keeps record of the calories you have burned and consumed. when you sign up you type in your height and weight and they tell you the correct amount of calories you need to have and all that. it depends on your current height and weight x good luck!
