How long should I walk/jog daily?!


Question: How long should I walk/jog daily?
Hi, I've been starting to walk/jog for about 20 minutes or so and was wondering what would be a good amount of time to start to lose body fat? I plan to walk/jog for 20 minutes then build it up to 30 or more once I feel that I can do so. Also, does anyone know if the Nike plus program (pedometer) works well? Thanks.

30 mins a day or every second day is best! to lose weight, it would be best to get your heart rate up more and jog/run. the longer u run/jog/walk, the more u lose!!

There are a lot of variables here to consider. Like for fast do you run, what weight you are and how much food are you eating.

When you need to lose weight, it becomes a battle of calories in versus calories out. The more you eat, the more you are going to have to pound the pavement.
