Question: I weigh 80lbs and im 12 how long will it take to lose 10 pounds or so and get upper body strength?
just please give me ideas how i could lose weight at home and get upper body weight at the same time

i'm going to give you the answer you want not tell you ohh don't cut weight.
if you want to lose the weight and it's what you want i think you should go for it.
work out run around simple things like jump roping running playing sports can help you lose weight
and since you're skinny already and want to lose more weight you're going to have to start eating right. that means no junk food(pizza hamburgers patato chips) to help your body get healthier and do away with the excess fat.
and if you want to build up upper body strength that means gaining muscle and gaining means gaining weight because muscle weighs more than fat(remember that)
Just make sure you know what you want before you start anything& don't do diets... they work but only at the begining and you'll eventually gain the weight back(:

losing weight at your age is dangerous. please listen to me, i used to be anorexic and it is NOT worth it! I didn't listen to anyone and ended up hurting myself in the end. I'm an athlete and my eating habbits caused me to injure myself severely. Please I may only be a teenager but listen to me!!!!

If u want upper body strenght do not lose anymore weight.
upper body is any work out useing ur arms
N after u work out eat or drink protien because that helps build ur mucles



if you lose 10 pounds you will probably die. You are already underweight as it is.

Well if I were you don't do any weights...why...because your body is still growing so weights could affect your growth ...but other then that do some cardio like running wich if you run properly you could work out your abs and chest which is upper body



dont lose weight at all tht is unhealthy really and plus for upper body strenth do pushups
