What can I do to motivate myself to lose weight?!


Question: What can I do to motivate myself to lose weight?
Since I'm in home schooled (online classes), I've noticed I've gained a lot of weight since there isn't required P.E everyday. I'm struggling with motivating myself to eat healthy and exercising. Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Any help is appreciated.

You really have to want it, if you want it badly enough you will make yourself do it. Just don't be lazy, and whenever you find yourself sitting around with nothing to do, go outside for a walk/jog. As for your diet, just slowly ease into it. Try to eat foods that are close to the source (not processed) and try to cut out simple carbs (like cakes and donuts) from your diet. The most effective diet to stick to is eating around 5 small HEALTHY meals a day. There should never be a period longer than 4 hours from when you last ate. This helps keep your metabolism going (which burns fat), and if you exercise along with this you will definitely see improvement. Also, drink green tea, it's packed with antioxidants and also helps to kick start your metabolism.



Joining an online community that has the same goals as you might help you stay motivated and on track. Sparkpeople is a great online community to use or beachbody has an online community you can utilize as well. Beachbody is the makers of workout programs such as p90x and hip hop abs. Get a doctor to help you out. Tell him to help you lose weight. He'll give you some tips and he'll tell everything you need to let you know what's wrong with you in your body.

Before you stick that fatty cake in your mouth, think of all the bad things it's doing to destroy your body and making I fatter. Think about getting a super hot boyfriend. Think of how good you would look in that little strappy bikini if you were thin. Maybe that'll help
