Some good excercise techniques?!


Question: Some good excercise techniques?
Ive been chuby, not fat, since 4th grade. I'm tired of getting picked on and not be able to do what I like. I need work outs that will do the job, no bullcrap required (by bullcrap I mean wasting lots of money on pills, injections, powder, etc). So how can I excercise my body to get thinner and stronger?

Answers:

do many situps a day. do how much you think you can do in 1 time then in some time when u feel ready do more. to get stronger u can do pushups. start out by 15 in the morning then 15 in the afternoon. every week do 1 more in the morning and 1 more in the evening. it helps
