Question: How to lose weight? (14 yr old girl)?
As of this morning, I weigh 113.6 and I'm 5'6". I think im bulimic and I just threw up blood... my throat looks torn up and I don't want to do this anymore. I KNOW its bad okay. And please dont say I dont need to lose weight because I can be 100lbs and still have a healthy bmi. I run a mile a couple times a week so what else can I do to lose weight?

Ah, I'm bulimic as well...sucks right? Anorexia is a good transition from bulimia. Still not a good permanent habit but it's a good easy transition, and you'll still lose weight during that time. I'd try to up your distance in running. Lift weights. Don't worry about bulking up...it's hard for a girl who is TRYING to get bulky to bulk up. A pound of muscle requires 30 calories a day to maintain, whereas a pound of fat requires 2. So if you have more muscle it'll eat more of the calories you consume.
