How did I do today, advice please!?!


Question: How did I do today, advice please!?
Okay, I kinda did bad today, that's why Im asking.

Breakfast- Maple Oatmeal with 2% Milk.
Lunch- Apple and Kiwi
Dinner- Broccoli, Chicken, & Top Ramen shrimp flavor, it's like a pasta, I had very little.
Snack- 2% Milk with 3 Chips ahoy!
I know, I should have had the cookies, but I just craved them so much.
Exercise- 30 min of jogging/walking, 30 minutes of kinect, & later Im a go run.

How did I do ? Thanks :D !

Answers:

Breakfast was pretty good, lunch was too small and had no protein, dinner was good, but you should replace the ramen for brown rice. Ramen is junk, and has no nutritional value at all. Don't feel bad about the cookies. Just try not to induldge everyday. Also, you could switch out the 2% milk for skim. Exercise was pretty good too.



Of course you craved the cookies, sweetie, you didn't eat enough during the day, so you were hungry.

Apple and Kiwi is a tiny snack, NOT lunch. Have a proper lunch, a sandwich or a baked potato or a bowl of pasta, and a salad.

This is bordering on eating disorder territory. You need help.
