Answers:

Through what I read you had around or less then 1000 calories today, not including how many you burned doing exercise. For a girl your height a weight of between 140 and 145 pounds is ideal for your BMI. To gain more weight I would recommend consuming around 2000 calories per day. Mild exercise shouldn't adjust how many calories you end up keeping per day, but the more you exercise the more you should eat.

Keep in mind, the best way to eat is a big meal in the morning with two smaller meals and more even smaller snacks. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, meat and fish (if you are vegetarian or vegan I recommend you change your diet just for your weight gain), dairy products, eggs, nuts, beans and healthy whole wheats. I am not in favor of heavy carb diets because they aren't good for you, but they are good for gaining weight. Eat plenty of healthy food, drink lots of water, keep up a good exercise regime and keep up your confidence. A girl your height shouldn't weigh as little as you do. Good luck. :)

Calculate your BMR at the website in the sources. BMR tells you how many daily calories you need to keep your weight the same. If you want to lose weight, subtract 500 calories (daily) from this number. this will make you lose 1 lb in 1 week. Exercise can also take off another lb a week, depending on what you do. For a person of average weight, running or walking a mile will burn 100 calories (about 0.46 oz) of fat. Overweight people burn more calories from exercise and underweight people will burn less. The RDA doesn't recommend losing or gaining more than 2 lbs a week because a greater fluctuation may cause eating disorders. When you want to stop losing weight, start eating your BMR. Consult a physician to find out when you should stop losing weight.

Many people have the misconception that in order to be skinny, you have to starve yourself and that's just not true. With the amount of calories burned vs eaten, it's likely that you will still lose weight after what you've eaten. You should be eating as many calories as you burn to maintain your weight, so it's safe to eat more than that. You should add more fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grain, healthy fats (avocado, almonds, etc.) That meal was fine for a day, but if you want to be healthy for the rest of your life you should consider creating a new meal plan for yourself that has at least 1200 calories a day. If you eat that many you would still be losing weight but without hurting your metabolism and without risking being unhealthy or hospitalized.
