Question: Am i fat....ANSWER PLEASE!?
i am 12 years old and my weight in 142 but im 5'4 or 5'5 i havent checked in a while...BUT I NEED AN ANSWER! PLEASE

Answers:

Don't sweat it kid, for one thing, you're young. For another, dieting is easy. Just don't eat carbs after 2 pm, and only eat 100g of carbs per day. Stay away from bread, pasta, potatoes, etc. Look up "healthy" or "complex" carbs and go from there.

Eat lots of protein to compensate, and don't shy away from fat. Preferably, supplement your diet with exercise, but with so few carbs, it's optional. I recommend 10-20 mins cardio 3 times a week and simple calisthenics 5 times per week.

In basic training, I hit a weight loss plateau, and then I cut most of my carbs out. Lost almost all body fat after that. What I've recommended for you is similar to the atkins diet but not quite the same.



it depends, if you havent gone through puberty yet, then i would be leaning towards hefty.

however, if thats happened for you, then you are probably more proportional...

just eat organic, cut out all dairy and fried or processed foods, and exercise daily. you will lose weight in no time. stay active and you will feel better!!! it will come with time, but don't be down on yourself about it, if you are beautiful on the inside, it will shine out. skinny takes work!!

Depends. If thats muscle then no but if its not then maybe a little.. I'm 15 and I'm 5'5 and I weight 115....

Okay so just drink lots of water! Don't eat chips instead eat popcorn or jello. (: also don't drink soda! Get into a sport that does lots of running like soccer,basketball, track, cross country. I do track, cross-country and basketball. And I stay fit. So yeah. But really just watch what you eat. Don't eat lots of fast food and don't eat like twinkies or hohos.



Wow, Im like your exact same height..? But im 170 pounds :/ Im in 9th grade.. but listen, If you just eat right, and exercise a little, I bet you can lose about 10 pounds in a week. (:

Unless you're very athletic, honestly, you are nearing overweight.

This does not mean starve yourself or do anything stupid. It means to start eating better and exercising everyday.



I would say that you are pretty close if not on the overweight line
If you're really that concerned about your apperance though, then diet and exercise



I'll be honest, you are definately overweight, but not so bad I'd say 130 would be good for you, but i would have to see you



I'm 17 and weigh 160 and am training to go into the military... So I guess you're kinda overweight... Cut down on the fries.
